The hair length chart below can be used as a guide to determine how long you want your Lace Wig to be.  The lengths provided here are estimations only.  We recommend that you measure your own head (starting at the crown) to obtain your desired length.

Normally, wigs are measured from the root of the hair around the crown to the ends. Curly and wavy styles are measured the same way, but when taking the measurement, the hair is pulled as straight as possible to get an accurate measurement. Here is how you can measure the wig length correctly.

Processing:
Before customization begins, we will handle your order within 1 to 3 business days. During peak order times, such as during promotions and holidays, we may require additional processing time

Shipping:
We make use of several shipping carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS, to dispatch your orders. If you prefer a particular shipping method, please reach out to us prior to placing your order, and we will be more than happy to assist.

Delivery Time:
Once your order is dispatched, it usually takes 2-4 business days for it to arrive. We will keep you informed via email regarding your order status and shipping updates.We anticipate that you will receive your order within two weeks of your purchase. Delays:

1. Local couriers typically deliver packages on weekdays (Monday through Friday). We suggest selecting a shipping address where you can receive the package during these days. Please keep your phone available, as the courier may need to reach you.

2. Some shipping services may require a signature from the recipient for successful delivery. If we deliver the goods to your address and someone signs for them, we cannot be held liable for any loss or theft of the package. We kindly request that you or an authorized person be present at the delivery location.

Buyer's Responsibility:

Get the Right Products:

If you want to extend the life of your human hair wig and extensions and keep it looking good, you should use sulphate and paraben free products. Ordinary shampoos and conditioners may contain harsh chemicals that permanently damage your human hair wig.  Consider investing in a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and prevent tangling of your human hair wig.

Comb the Hair Before Washing:

It's crucial to detangle your human hair with a wide tooth comb or detangling brush before you begin cleaning it. You'll avoid extra breakage if the human hair wig or hair extension is tangle free before washing it. Detangling should be done slowly and carefully, starting at the tip and working your way to the base of the cap. After detangling, gently wash the human hair wig or hair extensions with a sulfate-free shampoo, focusing on the hair strands and avoiding the cap.

Create a Washing Schedule:

To keep your human hair from drying out and losing its shine, avoid washing it too frequently. For best results, avoid washing more than once a week, preferably 6 to 8 wears. Maintaining your wig's natural luster requires you to stick to a routine of good care.  You may also want to consider buying additional wigs to prolong the life and quality of your wigs. This also allows you to wear one wig while the other is being washed and restyled. Consider using a wig stand or mannequin head to help maintain the shape of your wig when not in use.
