Refund policy
At NuHaire, we aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If not satisfied, a 30-day return policy is offered from the receipt date. Specific criteria must be met for a refund eligibility:
- The product must be a NuHaire product. We do not accept product returns from other companies.
- The product must not be old or used
- Lace cannot be cut or altered
- No Hairstyling products have been used, such as gel, mousse, etc.
- No strong odors are to be present.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging. We use plastic packaging to avoid potential damage during transit or delivery, such as spills or bad weather. Please return the item in this same packaging.
- Please return the product in the same condition that you received it
- The product is a NuHaire Product
- The product is new and not used
- The lace is uncut
- The wig strap is included, if applicable
- The product does not contain any hairstyling products
- The product does not have any strong smells or odors
- The product does not have any strong smells or odors
Please note that customers are responsible for purchasing their own return labels and the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please be aware that a 7% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the product. If you wish to exchange your product for a different one, you will not be charged a restocking fee. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new product.
Once we receive and review your that your return has met the eligibility criteria listed above, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1 - 2 business days. The actual time that the amount will be refunded is dependent upon your financial institution. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do have some exceptions to our return policy, which are as follows:

Special Customization Exceptions: A Special Customization Request is a request made to NuHaire to modify a unit beyond its standard listed description. We are happy to fulfill a Special Customization Request. However, there is an exception. As such, please know that Special Customization requests can not be refunded or returned.
- EXAMPLE: our wigs' standard cap size is 22.5"; if you request a smaller or larger cap size, this is considered a special customization request. This item is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- The return was received after the 30 day mark
- The product was not in the same condition as you received it
- The product was not a NuHaire Product
- The product was old & used.
- The lace was cut
- The wig strap was not included, if applicable
- The product did contain hairstyling products
- The product did have strong smells or odors
**We strongly believe in honesty and integrity. If you returned the item and did not receive a refund, it is because the item did not meet the eligibility criteria listed above.
