NUHAIRE values customer satisfaction and aims to provide high-quality products and services. Customers are encouraged to carefully read and understand the following terms, as they contain important details about NUHAIRE's policies and procedures.
Please note that by using NUHAIRE's products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
PRODUCT AND TEXTURE DISCLAIMER
At NUHAIRE, we take pride in offering high-quality hair products. Our products are carefully inspected, washed, and conditioned before shipping. It is important to note that as our hair is sourced from individual donors, variations in texture and appearance are natural. The images provided are for reference purposes, and actual products may differ slightly in texture. We believe that these unique variations add to the beauty and individuality of our products.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
NUHAIRE's unprocessed virgin hair is available in natural shades and may be colored at the customer's discretion. While our hair responds well to various coloring methods, we recommend professional assistance for optimal results. Please note that refunds or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are to be made in full upon ordering. We accept major credit cards, and your card will be charged at the time of purchase. NUHAIRE has a zero-tolerance policy for credit card fraud. In cases of billing and shipping address discrepancies, additional verification may be required, potentially causing delays in shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (CST). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Shipping times are based on the selected shipping method and destination.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If a product is out of stock, it will be marked as "sold out." Customers can provide their contact information and the desired item via email to receive notification of its availability. Prices, specifications, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
RETURN POLICY
NUHAIRE maintains a strict quality assurance process, and all hair orders undergo thorough inspection prior to shipping. Returns for unopened, unworn, and untampered products (wigs within 30 days and bundle sets within 15 days) will be accommodated. Customers must contact NUHAIRE to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
REPLACEMENTS
Customers are entitled to replacements for defective products if reported within 15 business days of receipt. NUHAIRE will cover the costs associated with returning the defective item to our Distribution Center, provided the product's defect is validated. Please note that any altered products will not be accepted for replacement.
EXCHANGES
Under NUHAIRE's sole discretion, product exchanges may be accommodated within 15 business days of receipt of the product(s). Any exchange requests after this period will not be honored.
By using NUHAIRE's products and services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. NUHAIRE reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
