At NuHaire, your complete satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our premium human hair wigs & extensions and want you to feel confident in your purchase.


Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from your delivery date for eligible items.


Return Eligibility

Your wig must be:

  • Authentic NuHaire product (We cannot accept returns from other companies)
  • New and unused
    • Never worn or styled
  • Uncut lace
    • Lace must remain in its original condition
  • Complete
    • Includes original wig strap (if applicable)
  • Clean
    • Free from styling products, odors, or strong smells
  • Original packaging
    • Returned in the plastic packaging we shipped it in

Customization Exception

Important: Customized products cannot be returned or refunded.

What counts as customization?

Any modification to our standard product description based on your specific request, including:

  • Custom cap sizes (our standard is 22.5" - any smaller or larger size is customized)
  • Custom color blending or matching
  • Length adjustments beyond standard offerings
  • Special construction requests

We'll clearly communicate during ordering if your request requires customization and confirm all details before production.


How to Return Your Wig

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service team at info@nuhaire.com to receive return instructions.

Step 2: Ship Your Return

  • You're responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use trackable shipping with insurance (recommended)
  • NuHaire is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Step 3: Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection within 1-2 business days.


Refund Details

Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after approval
  • 7% restocking fee applies to all returned items
  • Refund amount = Purchase price minus restocking fee minus original shipping costs

Timeline:

  • Confirmation email sent once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Returns received after 30 days
  • Used, worn, or damaged products
  • Wigs with cut lace
  • Items missing original packaging or strap
  • Products with styling products or odors
  • Non-NuHaire products
  • Customized items (as defined above)
