Return & Refund Policy

At NuHaire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that customers are responsible for purchasing their own return labels and the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please be aware that there is a 7% restocking fee applied to all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the product. If you wish to exchange your product for a different one, you will not be charged a restocking fee. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new product.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at info@nuhaire.com to request a return authorization number.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
3. Affix the return label to the package and ship it to the address provided with the return authorization number.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do have some exceptions to our return policy, which are as follows:
- Special Request Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Returns received after the 15-day period will not be accepted.
