Refund Policy for NuHaire

At NuHaire, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your NuHaire product, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds:
- The item must be in its original and unused condition.
- The item must not have been altered in any way.
- Hair and/or hair accessories must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, labels, and any other accessories that came with the product.
- The item must not have been worn, used, or damaged in any way.

Restocking Fee:
Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
